Why We Exist

Training Leaders to Handle God's Word Faithfully

Across Uganda, God is raising churches and ministry leaders who are serving communities every day. Yet many pastors and ministers have had limited opportunities for structured biblical and pastoral training.

Fields of Hope established the Pastoral Training School to create a place where pastors and church leaders can study Scripture carefully, grow in sound doctrine and develop practical ministry skills.

Through our partnership with Spread of Grace Ministries, pastors from churches around Central Uganda gather for intensive training throughout the year.

The Need

Healthy Churches Need Equipped Leaders

We believe that strengthening pastors and ministry leaders is one of the ways God strengthens entire churches and communities.

Biblical Interpretation

Leaders need the tools to understand Scripture in its context and communicate God's Word accurately and faithfully.

Healthy Church Leadership

Churches need servant leaders who understand biblical leadership, accountability, discipleship and pastoral care.

Pastors need practical tools to prepare and deliver Christ-centered messages that faithfully communicate the meaning of Scripture.

Fields of Hope collaborates with Spread of Grace Ministries, whose ministry includes training and equipping pastors and church leaders to study and preach the Bible faithfully.

Through this partnership, experienced trainers provide intensive biblical and ministry training to pastors and leaders from churches across Central Uganda.

We are praying and working toward establishing a dedicated Pastoral Training Centre in Central Uganda — a place where pastors and church leaders can regularly gather for biblical study, theological training, mentorship, assessment and practical ministry development.

Our dream is not simply to build a classroom. We desire to establish a place where leaders are sharpened, encouraged and prepared to faithfully serve Christ and strengthen His Church.
